If you cannot find a program that fits your needs, or your team isn’t a part of NLPT’s in-season schedule, private or semi-private training is for you. NLPT training programs are tailored to each athlete’s specific needs, and can be scheduled at your own convenience. Each session is supervised by one of NLPT’s strength coaches to ensure exercises are performed correctly, safely, and that maximal effort is given on each set and rep.
The prices that are listed below are based on a minimum booking of 12 sessions.
1:1 ratio: $80/session + HST
2:1 ratio: $45/session/person + HST
3:1 ratio: $35/session/person + HST
4:1 ratio: $30/session/person + HST
Group of 5-10: $125/hr/group + HST
